I called Bill Mullen Electric after a major outage at my home. I called at 830 am and they were able to schedule me in at 1 pm. Bill was able to assess the problem and fix it by 3 pm. He was knowledgeable, explained the problem and the process and had all the equipment and supplies on the van to fix the problem. The prices for repair are fair, I do not feel like I was overcharged. I am so glad that this company completed the job, as he prevented potential serious damage to my home. I will continue to use this company and refer to all my family and friends.

I called today and was immediately able to talk to someone who was very polite and helpful. She said Bill would most likely be out the next day to look at my issue, but then called again shortly after saying he could come out today after a project he was working on. Bill was very easy to work with. He provided me the easier option to fix my issue, as well as some more options for my older electric panel if I wanted to make any other improvements. He was not pushy and did not try to steer me in a particular direction. He fixed my issue quickly and spent some time testing afterwards to make sure everything was good.This is one of the easiest companies I have dealt with and I would be happy to recommend Bill Mullen Electric to anyone.

We had 2 great experiences working with Bill Mullen Electric. The first time they expanded the number of electrical outlets in our master bath. They were prompt and kept all of the work areas very clean. Everything they installed is working perfectly and and it has made a world of difference relative to the functionality of this bathroom. They were here a second time to replace several of the original ceiling fixtures that no longer worked or had become dated and needed to be upgraded. Again, they were prompt, kept their work areas clean and always explained what they were doing in great detail whenever we asked a question. I also noted that they appeared to be very up to date on many of the new cutting edge electrical technologies that I inquired about.

I hired Bill Mullen Electric to replace rewire my home, replacing the original knob and tube wiring in my 140 year old home. The work was done thoroughly and professionally with little inconvenience. I was so happy with the work I asked them to come back and install a whole house natural gas powered GENERAC generator. This also went very smoothly. Later I noticed the generator was not cutting over and Bill Mullen came out personally on his vacation to fix the unit. It turned out to be a simple fuse that had been tripped in the unit that prevented the cut over when the power went out. He adjusted the weekly system test to a time of day that I would hear it to confirm it was operating properly.I would not hesitate to call Bill Mullen electric in the future if I had any need.

We highly recommend Bill Mullen Electric. We had issues with recessed lights and needed new fixtures installed. Bill was on time, extremely helpful and efficient. On his way out, I mentioned the motion censor outdoor fixture not working properly and that, because of the location, it was difficult for my husband or me to reach. Bill offered to fix it and even waited for me to run to the hardware store to purchase the proper bulbs. Then , he climbed the ladder and got it working for us. We needed to have our new AC system wired into the electrical panel. We called around but had no luck in finding anyone who could come out sooner than 6 weeks. After consulting Angie's List we found Bill Mullen. One electrician came out the same day the AC installer was there, arrived on time, and quickly did the work. I didn't get a quote before they came out so I was a little surprised when he presented the bill, but I think it was a fair price for the fast response when all the other electricians I called wouldn't give me the time of day for such a small job. I would DEFINITELY call them again.

Mr Mullen was extremely professional in all his work and was very receptive to our needs. Explained everything before hand and detailed all work that would be done. This is the second time we are using Mullen and must say we are more than satisfied with his services and would highly recommend. To be honest we are only in this area for not quite 6 years and have had to hire different types of contractors and Mullen is the only company that did what they said they would do and did it professionally and for a fair price. The experience from beginning to end was very professional. I needed a Tesla wall charger installed and found them through Tesla's website listing certified technicians.The installation is extremely clean and neat. Updated the electrical system in our home built in the 1930s. The work was thoroughly done and in a timely manner. The electricians consulted with us throughout the update. Bill Sr. did a great job wiring our bathroom remodel. He also rewired the outlet servicing the garbage disposer making the top plug hot and the bottom plug switched.
